She is the Lead Planner and Owner of One Rose Weddings, and if there’s one thing you should know about her—it’s that she live for the adrenaline rush of a wedding day. From the early morning prep to the final send-off, there’s nothing more rewarding than watching every detail come together perfectly, surrounded by an incredible team of vendors working in sync to create something unforgettable.

Think of me as the quarterback of your wedding day, working hand-in-hand with your vendor to lead the team to victory—because for us, your wedding is our Super Bowl. The fast pace, the moving parts, the last-minute pivots—it’s exactly where she thrives. Executing complex logistics with calm, precision, and joy is where she is at her absolute best.

But beyond the timelines and walkie-talkies, Ashley is also a proud girl mom, a loving wife, and a devoted dog mama to our playful goldendoodle. Her life at home is full of energy, laughter, and lots of little feet running around. When she’s not planning weddings, you’ll find her at home relaxing and trying new scone recipes or enjoying a cozy staycation. Sipping on a good whiskey cocktail, catching up with friends and family, is the best way she spends her off time.

Ashley will always find a reason to throw a party and celebrate life—big or small—because creating joy-filled moments is what she does best, both in business and at home.
